You will depart from the Hotel at 4:00 a.m. then fly at 6:00 a.m. arriving at 7:00 a.m. At that time it depends on what flight we have. If it is 5:00 a.m. then the flight is at 7:00 am to Mikumi National Park. On your arrival in Mikumi Airstrip at 8:10 a.m., you will be met by the driver guide who will brief you regarding your game drive in Mikumi. After a short brief, you will depart for a game drive in a 4x4 modified safari vehicle in the Mikumi National Park exploring the game in the surrounding areas, from your seat on an open-sided vehicle.
You may expect to see any of the major African mammals, including elephants, giraffes, lions, buffalos, zebras, and leopards. A picnic lunch will be provided in the mid-day by your guide.
Late in the afternoon, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your scheduled flight at 3:00 p.m. to Zanzibar arriving at 4:00 p.m.
